I've seen the PA and ee the surgeon on the 19th. I'm hoping for date then.
The startup treatment wasn't awe inspiring. The Toradol gave me some relief, then after 5 days switched to Meloxicam. Unfortunately, one my maintenance meds is contraindicated with the use of Ultram. Stood up, went woozy, head into bathtub, and had all the fancy C-spine work in a hell of a bend. Freaked out the wife. I
I finally extricated myself from the mess I was in and crawled onto bed. BP was in the gutter...70/48. Wife got my feet elevated, and I was asking water, for Pedialyte, fluids etc.
Going to speak with the surgeon about that on the 19th.
LOL, I think the pectineus issues I've been having might be the only thing really holding that hip and leg together?
I'llget back to the game one way or the other. The lab report is your usual techno jumbo.

Reason for Exam: Right hip pain
Findings: No acute fractures, dislocations, lytic lesions. Severe degenerative changes of the right hip with complete collapse of the superior femoral joint space. Large cam osteophyte formation on the femoral neck. Stable pelvic ring without disruption of the SI joints of the pubic symphysis.
Impression: Severe osteoarthritis of the right hip
