basically i got demoted...
ive been working there for 3 years and this guy who i got the job for comes and takes my position while he's been there for only 4 months
i admit i did a bad job, but i wasnt even given a second chance. Instead there are rumours being circulated about me about how bad a worker i am, and hence i wont be able ot move up...

dont take offense to this, but, at that "type" of job there arent going to be a lot of second chances. Most ppl dont have the brain capacity to view all the things you do. So they just notice certain instances. I work at a similar place. Its not a club at all. but the same "type" of ppl work there. your best bet is to keep working at your school work (even if it seems you arent doing so great) and eventually work for someone who can appreciate everything you do

thing is that im first year when i was doing badly i worked really hard at this job and i did well at the job... kind of substitute i guess
when i worked hard no one ever said anything about how hard i worked... now that i slack off and do a half arsed job im told that im not as good as i used to be...
