well, i started at 205, now im 235 with practically the same body fat as before. i gained an inch on my arms, and the weight i rep on bench went up 65 pounds. all in all, id have to say that this has been the most effective cycle ive ever done.

well, the first 7 weeks i was running dbol tbol and winni at 50 mgs ed of each. then starting on week 5 i upped the dbol to 75 mgs ed.
