    I don't know the exact haven't figure it up.. 3baked potatoes a day .5 cup of oats and some brocolli at night...

    haha, you sound like me. Honestly your asking the wrong bro on carb intake...I make sure I get my 300-350 g's of protein and fiddle around with carbs depending on my energy level/putting fat on etc..
