I ran a tbol/var stack for 12 weeks then to finish it I ran winstrol for 6......

Really wasnt that impressed really. Maybe gained 10lbs and lost around 10lbs of BF......at the most probly less on both.

My gains were very hard to keep. Lost most of them lol what about you?

at my peak i weighd 240, up from 205. i maxed 350 on bench, and i can now rep 65 pound dumbells on incline curls

got some nice size on my lats too. gains on my shoulders were ok, but honestly i really should have hit them harder. well, front delts that is. my rear delts grew quite nicely

well my cycle just ended, so il keep you posted. but for what its worth, il be damned if il let any of my gains go away. i worked hard for this, and my liver probably has some nice sized holes in it now

once my friend's girlfriend came once to train with us i was like "wtf is going on?!" he left me to show her what do do! one day she stepped onto the scales and was 2lbs heavier (because she ate crap 10 minutes before the gym) and she failed to realise these, and flipped in front of everybody lol

no i never worked out with her... i dont think she worked out at all. but for some reason she looked like she did. you should have seen that ass. it was a work of art
