    Nice size pipes...I did 18-20 sets of biceps yesterday and still not sore today..I am gonna have to start trying the big bar like you advised me...

    1 warm up
    5-6 heavy bar
    3-4 21's still with the heavy bar
    2-3 db's or hammer

    I move my grip around..not a ton but enough to tweak different spots.

    I also used to train arms twice a week..not anymore..

    I tried doing more sets, less sets, doing different exercises... never really got sore either..

    Oh yeah, I cheat a little with the first sets. Not swinging around like a jackass but I do give a little extra....

    The others are very strict though and I squeeze em hard at the top..
