But, i do 30 mg mk677 ed and 25 mg Cardarine in front of each workout. Together with creatin ofcourse.

Not feeling that great. But ofcourse its the way things roll 3-4 weeks after sus, dbol and tren a.

Just try this method starting b4 your cycle and still use progressive overload but maybe shorter rest periods with higher intensity - I'm working on it each day still my man - and thank you!

I think you'll need to lock the dungeon, and then spend several years trying to get additional traffic to compete with the dungeon.

Sil how long should I rest between sets on this HIT training you speak of. Should I train to failure or save some for the next set? What are your thoughts on drop sets? Forced reps? If I want to get bigger at 210 lbs what should my cals be? Macros? Thanks in advance.
