i need 2 more 25 pound plates so i can do flat bench db flys with 60 pound dumbells... that would be tight.

i probably cant do many reps with that weight now, but il for sure be able to do it eventually. im thinking at least 6 months... maybe a little longer if im unlucky.

i suppose it all depends on how many eggs i eat

yea when im on cycle, i prefer to stay home and not booz at all. that was one of the nice things about living at home... if i didn't want to go out i could just not answer my phone.

but here, my friends come up and knock on my door, plus its so much more fun to hit up the parties than it was to hit up the bars back home

i like to stick with beer, but sometimes il drink sugar free sparks. it seems people keep passing me the fifth bottle of 80 proof liquor... so i been drinking that too.

fu_kin rum damn near made me puke infront of all these people at a party last night... but i managed to keep it down thank god. it would be so embarrassing if i yaked infront of a party full of pretty girls

oh ya I hear ya. This one time, I had near close to 20 beers no fvckin joke...don't remember much about the night other than I puked a shitload and my liver probly wanted to kill me

My friends were like, dude, you weren't far from downing a 24 pack.
