I've been super busy man, workin in northern alberta now and living in Calgary...i am up building a heavy oil facility right now and have been in here for 16 days and i got 7 left before i am done...good thing is, is that i am up in a camp which is a threee star hotel with all the food you can eat made to order, like steak, chicken, cookies, and omlettes...workin 12 hour days and makin gross cash plus they even have a gym here with a bit of weight enough to get a pump...i am up to about 295 with slight abs in the am and very vascular...

things are goin great. i leaned out some from after cycle and added some strength. i'm about 205 right now around 8-9%bf. but that's nothing compared to 295. you are freaking huge main. any shows scouted out for the future? and how's kels?

i was thinking about nationals but dont think i'll have the time i have only had 5 days off since january first and dont see many coming very soon either, but i still might try anyway if i can find the time....kels is doing massage therapy and loves her job and makes sick cash too....pretty happy with my size and if i dont compete this year i will next year for sure and go for nationals without a doubt...thanks for the props though...

Yeah man things are going good....check out post 108168 for the latest as to whats up, but things are good and busy not much time for the gym reall but forcing myself to go which is weird, i used to have nothing but time and looked so forward to it now i am so busy working that when i get home i just wanna sleep but i get there still but the training is suffering for sure, still up in weight but not as good as before...
