    5 sets of flat dumbell press
    5 sets of incline dumbell press
    5 sets of flat dumbell flies
    4 sets of weighted dips (to failure)

    Ruhl I'm no expert in masteron and var, but I would not run the Tren past 8 weeks...I've done the Tren/Prop Cycle before and loved the results

    my buddy was sayin run it to 10 or 12 i can't remember and then put in masteron around there at whatever dosage for the remainder

    Liquid Cialis/Viagra
    Onto some of the more fun conversions. Both Cialis and Viagra are extremely easy to convert. No need to listen to the "gurus" who use EC, PEG, PG or whatever other crazy solvents. We will use vodka, and our result will suspend like a zambon in water.

    Items needed for a 1 gram conversion:

    1 Gram Cialis or Viagra powder
    39.2cc Vodka (whatever brand you choose)
    10cc or similar large syringe
    20g pins
    Glass container, at least 40cc.
    Weigh out 1.00g of powder into container
    Add 39.2cc vodka, shake to suspend
    Enjoy a long weekend with your better half!
    This conversion results in 40ml - 25mg/ml Viagra or Cialis suspension.
