I'm taking 40mg of dbol daily split into two doses and I'm thinking to bump it up to 50. Hell, my liver needs a good workout anyway.

seriously, all at once I didn't bloat, I gained 20lbs in one month and I didn't get backpumps like when I split it up.

stayinstacked and mallet and whitey also like this method, and they're all massive

How long pre workout did you take it? I've been mixing it up between 2 hours and 30minutes pre workout. I think that with food, about 1.5 hours works pretty good. I'll try a few days of taking them all at once.

I've gotten some pretty bad back pumps just taking 20mg pre workout, so we'll see how it goes.

yeah the only thing i couldnt really do was squat much, sucked cuz i love squats..but it def cut down on the backpumps, like i didnt get them at random times

I've moved to smith machine squats; they seem to help with back pumps, but its still pretty bad. The only times I get back pumps is at the gym but they can be pretty bad, especially on leg day.

This forum is about AAS and alot of people here are looking into a way to buy them. It's not sold by the forum owners but there is a pretty close link. Whores sell sex.
