    An old T - Nation article. Basically, it recommends doing a three day cycle, with a high carb day, say 400g carbs/300pro/100fat; medium carb day 250carbs/300pro/100fat and zero carb day 300pro/100fat. Obvioulsy an ovesimplification of the article but pretty interesting stuff.

    He uses this three day cycle for precomp as well.

    I'm headed to the gym. Leg day. I just took all my dbols for the day too about 30mins ago so we'll see how that goes. 40mg all in one dose. Hopefully back pumps wont be too bad.
