Right now, cals are a bit over maintenance...might jack them up a bit more just really want to limit fat gains. sitting at around 12%

Ahh, damn. These are tuff haha! Well, glad to hear it's alright now.
Gonna give You one advice though, about women in general. Don't ever take them %100 serious, some of the stuff they do or say, man.. just let it slide... they love making big deal out of nothing. So.. remember never 100%, let it slide!
    Take care Audis!

Hey Audis, on Your low row, I see that You are doing 5 sets. Is each set with higher weight or You stay with same through all 5?
Also what is the advantage of doing 2 sets of 6 reps with same weight?
    Thanks brother!

What kind of bench are you doing and only using 165 for 5? Reason I ask is that I know you are 200x stronger than that.....just curious

sorry should have added that in.

No, I start off farily light and by the fifth set, it's gettin' tough
Not sure what the advantage is of doing 2 sets of 6 w/ the same weight. Idea is, not max out until competition time. Building slowly

after this follow the program as normal form wks 7- wks 12 and it sets you up to peak exactly for the contest.

remember wk 11 will be a deload wk for you and wk 12 you will do NO lifting since this is the wk of the contest.
    does this make sense?
audi's this is how to stretch it out until july.

Not sure what you mean "weight is going up slowly".....you were benching well over 225 before weren't you? Or am I confused? If so and today is a light day, that's cool, but why wouldnt you do sets of 10-12 for a light day.....jsut assuming that 165 for 2 sets of 5 with someone as strong as you does nothing but wastes time.......

What is you cycle and diet like? No cardio? Good man!

it is speed work, it is different than training for 10-12 reps or to failure,it has a purpose for strength. sometimes i do squat days and press days for 6 - 8 sets of 2- 3reps with 30 second breaks in btwn sets using 50- 60% of my max.this is dynamic effort training, to read more about this checkout www.elitefts.com and read some articles and do some research, powerlifting and BBIng are done very different
