I am now 32yrs old had long lay offs from training, family coming along usual stuff. In the past I benched 200kgx1 180kgx2, incline dbell press 65kgxreps at 196 bweight at 22yrs old. Now I am 16st 51bs and have been training around 8mths, few mths on juice. Long way to go benching 185kgx1,160kgx4 140kgx12,180kg declinex2. My aim is to hit 200kg in the next five weeks but wish to hit 5plates next yr definitely.
