1cc = 1ml = 200mcg (ar-r's clen) so .5cc = 100mcg, .25cc = 50mcg, .125cc = 25mcg

Can some one update this for the DISP 5 MG product?
No instructions came I would imagine im supposed to use all 10 ML of the sodium Chloride to mix with the DISP. But again. No instructions. No Idea what a dose would be. Not alot of info on the internet.

You plan on running the Clen and T3 at the same time? I read somewhere else people run it 2 weeks/time, one then the other. I'm not sure which would be preferable, or if its just that... a preference.

I have the same clen/t3 from lion and wanting to start today but making sure the dosages are correct. i have the syringe from lion, .1,.2 ml and so on, how much would one need to take of each to start or what is the conversion as i know to scale up for 2 weeks then scale off for 2 weeks.

Hi! I have just ordered Albeutrol, T3 & Keto from Ar-r. I want to run a low dosage cutting cycle. I am doing cardio daily before my workout to lower the body fat as I have gained some around the waste, since my last( first) cycle.
I am just not sure how to adjust Albeutrol, T3 & Keto in my cycle.

My cycle.
(Test-E 125 mg + Deca 50 mg) X 2 per week: 10 weeks.
Hcg 250 iu X 2 per week: 12.5 weeks.
Adex 0.25 EOD for 10 weeks.

I want to begin my Ar-r supplies from week 6 to 10.
Need help adjusting those.

Albuterol 60ml supply is 6mgs/ml.
Means I need 420 mg for total of 5 weeks.

Keto is at night I got it. But what protocol to follow for Albut and T3..I know they can't be taken together..or can they??

exactly. If its for BPH or Blood pressure-every day. Situationally if its gonna be an active day so to speak id up it to 15-20mg personally. Now if taking it every day you dont have to do that. the 5mg daily takes care f that aspect as well

Jimmy I've got one more. I take it everyday. And it's great. I noticed a difference right away. But if I'm going to be taking it "situationally" when should the dose be taken. For example I take 5 mg every morning. And I've taken 30 on a couple. However come dinner/date time i don't notice it so much. Should I not take it in the am and go for about lunch time or am I just trippin. Thanks again for your time.

.2 is barely a taste from my syringe, will that be enough for a natural response if I only use it when necessary?

If I was taking as needed, not daily, id dose it at around 15mg personally or at least start at 10mg.
