Yes, this is definitely possible...The more fat someone has the faster they will drop the weight...Your body is getting shocked super hard with the drastic change in diet which is making the weight fall off even faster......

If you are used to eating cheese burgers and liters of soda everyday your body starts to adapt to that eating lifestyle.....Then one day you go cold turkey and only drink water, eat healthy food, and start exercising...This is what you are getting...

If you keep it up you will drop a ton of weight the first few weeks to a month or so.......But then your body will start to adjust to your new lifestyle and you will hit a point where you are doing the same things but not losing as much weight....This is where you can not start to feel down or let it get to you, this is where you will have to work even harder to lose less weight then you normally were.....But stay positive because as long as you stick to it you WILL keep losing weight....I am only telling you this to prepare you for when this happens so you won't get down on yourself...This will without a doubt happen so when it does don't feel bad and think of what I just said...It's normal, and as long as you keep at it you will keep losing weight.....

Great! I'm glad I was able to help you!

I agree with fil here - and not only that, but pregnancy isn't an excuse for your wife to get fat either. I know plenty of woman who get pregnant and only gain size where they should - in their belly because there's something growing in there. The rest of them stays exactly the same.

I will update again on Wednesday the 3rd of november to see what my progress will be...

hey gabe r u on any fat burners?

  19. #99
i really thought that the 1700/1500 calorie diet was going to be a problem but it really was really really easy to stick with it. Its the 6-7 meals and all the water that is the key...

It's great to see you so motivated. We never did iron out your diet OR workout routine, but what you're doing right now is obviously working. If you wanna take it further, you know i'm here for you.

Inevitabley you will plateau - we will make adjustments at that time. Hitting a plateau is a good thing though, because that's telling you your body has gone through major changes and can no longer sustain these changes with what you're currently doing. Don't worry, we'll shock it into another whole level.

    i have a question...
Is it normal not to be hungry? I feel thirsty yet i'm drinking a gallon of water to 1 1/2 gallons of water a day... I force myself to eat every single meal... Somedays i do 6 meals other days i do 7 meals but pushing it... Actually forcing myself to eat.. Has this happen to you before?

You are looking good man.. keep up all the hard work, it is definitely paying off for you..

RE: not being hungry.. it is normal sometimes.. even i am not hungry sometimes but it is important to eat the different meals at different times to keep your numbers in check..

Keep doing what you are doing bud.. you are an inspiration to all of us.

    P.S. congrats on the baby!!!

I'm a little surprised that you're hungry at your relatively low caloric intake - however I would definitely not drop it any lower. Your body will adjust. The problem isn't the amount of food - it's the timing. You're simply not used to eating so much throughout the day, although before you were undoubtedly eating more. If you feel like you have to throw up, skip a meal. You're cutting bodyfat; skipping a meal won't hurt, but don't make it a regular thing. Personally, I feel you'll adjust and be fine. As Machine said, it's important that you keep that metabolism fired up by eating often.

Infact the blood pressure meds were lowering my blood pressure to much and i was already on the low dose so she said lets take you off the meds and try it for a week and see how u feel.... So no more meds!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is fvcking awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is highly impressed with the diet, the excercise and my motivation. She said that when she saw my chart she was going to come in and talk to me about weightloss and how big of a risk i was for heart disease. She was shocked to see my results!!

Dude, that's fvcking AWESOME! I know the feeling - when I ballooned up to 255lbs, my blood pressure was through the roof and they were going to put me on meds. I just had a full physical a few weeks ago and i'm in great shape - relatively low blood pressure, low bad cholesterol, high good cholesterol, low triglycerides, and test levels were on the higher end. Feels good to know you're getting healthy, right?

Dude, nothing makes me happier then this news! Watching you progress like this is pure enjoyment for me and obviously many others who follow your thread! KEEP IT UP!
