    Keeping hard earned gains after a cycle

    Any advice, tricks, tips on keeping hard earned gains after a cycle?

    10 weeks: 500mg a week Test-E / 800mg a week Primo / 0.25mg Armidex EOD / 500iu HCG a week

    Post: Nolva 40/40/20/20 - Clomid 100/100/50/50

    a good pct help to bring natty test up as soon as possible.

    avoid catabolic state by eating above maintenance.

    some supplements like vit c and e to control cortisol.

    btw, your clomid dose looks rather high. have you tried your pct before?

    I have not ran this PCT. Originally I was going to run the nolva and 250iu hcg post, no clomid. After getting advice on here, everyone said my PCT looked light, I should drop the hcg post and only run it during, and add the 100/100/50/50 of Clomid.

    Only thing PCT will allow you to keep is water weight. Not muscle

    1 cc of test is so much more than your body ever makes naturally.

    So how can you keep the gains on so much lower test?

    Look at Larry Scott and Sergio oliva

    They never did PCT and doing great in their late 70s

    Everyone you know/see in and on magazines do not PCT.

    Steroids do not kill people.

    Cigarettes and alcohol do.
    Narcotics
    Pain killers

    Not steroids.

    you can only hold muscle after PCT if you didn't reach your natty limit... in which case you won't even look like you cycled.

    Once again... admins and mods banning people because they're giving conflicting opinions? You're telling me that shutting your system down, kickstarting it, shutting it down, kickstarting it, rinse and repeat 20 more times is better for you than keeping your body in homeostasis?

    While I do agree that some people don't want to compete and don't want to get as big as blasting and cruising allows, there are people on this site who have run 8-10-20+ cycles... something tells me they want to get big and are never as big as they want to be if they're still cycling... so why are you feeding them this nonsense that will only hold them back from their goals?

    I dont need to parot, You will have the same experience as me in about another 30 years. Most of us realize you are just another stupid kid who thinks he knows everything like many of us did at your age but as time goes on we realize just how little we knew and wished we had listened to those who had more real life experience than us. We have several more intelegent young members who have listened and are willing to learn from their friends mistakes and our advise. What can you learn from having some friends who did this and that and are all fine when they are 18-22, thats nothing. Check in again when they are 30+ Many here can contest to having problems later down the roard.

    Yeah it's called RULES and the Admin gets to make them, change them and carry out banning as he pleases even if you think it's unfair. It's his/their site, not yours. I have seen a lot worse on other sites where even long time members get banned because they report a bogus source who happens to be a sponsor. How fair is that?     4) Continue to hit the gym hard. I know this sounds extremely obvious but I know there are guys out there that lose that mental edge once they are off. It's like the motivation just goes out the dam window. Keep yourself motivated and try to lift like you're on.

    5) Proper PCT consisting of Nolva and Clomid. This will make recovery a lot faster and smoother.

    6) Get blood work done. If after PCT your still low on test you may have to take additional steps in ensuring your body once again produces its natural test levels.

    That's just my 2 cents. Hope it helps.

    thats all i do every chance i get..is research about juice, nutrition, bodybuilding
