a good pct help to bring natty test up as soon as possible.
avoid catabolic state by eating above maintenance.
some supplements like vit c and e to control cortisol.
btw, your clomid dose looks rather high. have you tried your pct before?
Only thing PCT will allow you to keep is water weight. Not muscle
1 cc of test is so much more than your body ever makes naturally.
So how can you keep the gains on so much lower test?
Look at Larry Scott and Sergio oliva
They never did PCT and doing great in their late 70s
Everyone you know/see in and on magazines do not PCT.

I dont need to parot, You will have the same experience as me in about another 30 years. Most of us realize you are just another stupid kid who thinks he knows everything like many of us did at your age but as time goes on we realize just how little we knew and wished we had listened to those who had more real life experience than us. We have several more intelegent young members who have listened and are willing to learn from their friends mistakes and our advise. What can you learn from having some friends who did this and that and are all fine when they are 18-22, thats nothing. BACK TO THE MAIN POINT OF THE THREAD----------------------------------------------------------------------->
For maintaining gains post cycle I believe a few things are most important.
1) do not cut immediately after a cycle. I know a lot of guys due this due to the excess fat gains while on cycle if they are going for a super bulk. I personally believe this to be a big mistake as your already going to be losing size due to going off, so continue to train/eat like your bulking.
2) Use HCG while on cycle. This will make recovery a lot faster and easier meaning you body swill start producing test again a lot quicker assisting in holding on to gains.
3) Eat above your TDEE. Like I said your body will already be reducing a size in bit so combat that by eating a bit above maintenance (I would personally say 500 calories over as you don't want to go to high or else you will increase fat gains, especially post cycle.)
4) Continue to hit the gym hard. I know this sounds extremely obvious but I know there are guys out there that lose that mental edge once they are off. It's like the motivation just goes out the dam window. Keep yourself motivated and try to lift like you're on.
5) Proper PCT consisting of Nolva and Clomid. This will make recovery a lot faster and smoother.
6) Get blood work done. If after PCT your still low on test you may have to take additional steps in ensuring your body once again produces its natural test levels.
That's just my 2 cents. Hope it helps.
