You've certainly made gains, but I really think it all could have been done without gear. Just a little more patience, a BETTER diet (more calories), and heavy training, and you could have had the same gains, then gone on gear and BLOWN up. Really, it's not good to start gear until you've put on significant muscle. You'll never realize the full effects of AAS unless you do it that way. If you work out naturally, and then go on gear after you've gained a significant amount of muscle, that's when the benefits really start to show. I know you had a trainer and all that, but not all trainers are created equal. And just because you had a diet plan, doesn't mean you had a GOOD one. When you're a hard gainer, at your height, you need to be eating about 5000 calories per day, and 200 grams of protein. Could you honestly say you were eating that much before you went on gear? Consistently?

You should be proud of your gains, and as far as gyno, if you didn't use an ai, then that might be going on, but not all guys have the same shaped pecs. Getting your hands on some Letro right now might be the best way to reverse any gyno you might have. I can't remember the amount necessary, but I know Letro is potent drug, and not many mg is necessary to work. You basically take it until all symptoms disappear, and then stay on it for a while after. I'm sure someone else will be abe to tell you the amount of Letro you should take daily, or you could do a search. Plenty of threads about gyno reversal. I'd do some natural gaining before you do your next cycle. Give it a year of good eating and heavy training (can the trainer -you don't need him. Just head over to the workout section and get some input on a good strength/mass routine), and then watch what a simple test/deca cycle does for your physique.

i understand that i am holding water weight and have some body fat, 12.7%.
I personally dont feel like i have gyno but i can take 20mg of tamox. for 6 weeks to see if there is any change to it.
    If you're 12.7% then I'm sitting at 6........ I'm actually 10 and you're about 16-18..
If you were to cut you would realize if not more than 3/4 of your weight gain is fat and water.
Starting another cycle now will be retarded, your gains won't be impressive, and you'll be left with ruined hormone levels and the same body you started with only more fat...
Getting fit and muscular isn't an overnight thing, the guys that look good have worked their butts off for years...there really is no shortcut. You have sooo much to learn before even touching juice. Many years on from when I started, just yesturday I said to myself that was my best chest workout ever..every session I learn. Mind muscle connection takes time so does real muscle growth not the fat and water you have added to your frame.. Even today I'm still perfecting my diet and learning more and more.. Think again if you believe the more you jab the better you will look.
Good luck maintaining anything post cycle.

    Terrible advice...
If he keeps it up he's just going to get fatter and grow tits, and eventually when he looks in the mirror and not the scales he will realize this and Will want off the gear but will be left with fkd up t-levels and then be in even worse shape....yeah keep it up

Op needs to stop chasing numbers on a scale, and learn to train and eat right, lbm will follow. Rome wasn't built in a day. Anyone can get big with juice and food, but without the knowledge and experience you're not going to be a good kinda big..
I see it all the time at my gym a new guy is there he gets on, and blows up... He looks the same only bigger, still has a shit physique.
And im talking from personal experience also
