Really, it's not good to start gear until you've put on significant muscle. You'll never realize the full effects of AAS unless you do it that way. If you work out naturally, and then go on gear after you've gained a significant amount of muscle, that's when the benefits really start to show. I know you had a trainer and all that, but not all trainers are created equal. And just because you had a diet plan, doesn't mean you had a GOOD one. When you're a hard gainer, at your height, you need to be eating about 5000 calories per day, and 200 grams of protein. Could you honestly say you were eating that much before you went on gear? Consistently?
You should be proud of your gains, and as far as gyno, if you didn't use an ai, then that might be going on, but not all guys have the same shaped pecs. Getting your hands on some Letro right now might be the best way to reverse any gyno you might have. I can't remember the amount necessary, but I know Letro is potent drug, and not many mg is necessary to work. You basically take it until all symptoms disappear, and then stay on it for a while after. I'm sure someone else will be abe to tell you the amount of Letro you should take daily, or you could do a search. Plenty of threads about gyno reversal. I'd do some natural gaining before you do your next cycle. Give it a year of good eating and heavy training (can the trainer -you don't need him. Just head over to the workout section and get some input on a good strength/mass routine), and then watch what a simple test/deca cycle does for your physique.
