Thread: Lots of requests to see my 40lb muscle gain in 5 months, heres my story, enjoy.

    Lots of requests to see my 40lb muscle gain in 5 months, heres my story, enjoy.

    so 5 months ago i just got tired and fed up of seeing all this small ass guys wearing tight t-shirts at the malls and thinking they were big and tough.... then it hit me..... THAT WAS ME
    man i hated feeling so little and skinny, really upset me, I was 6 feet tall at 165 pounds and thats after having gained after 2 years of working out! I was, a bean pole, simply put. I kept pushing at they gym and changing my diet and working my ass off with a trainer at the gym 6 days a week, had the gym set me up a diet plan for weight and muscle gain. Following strict guidelines and workout routines i got up to 171, I felt better, then i looked in the mirror more, i was still a small guy. I started doing months and months of reading all across the internet and the library (library was a waste of time) I read any forum i could and asked questions and made the choice, I'm going to run steroids.
    I called a family friend who we all knew did steroids and i asked his advice. He said if i wanted lean muscle with a slow and steady gain that wont drop off i should run test and equipoise. So i had him get me Sustanon 250 and Equipoise 200 from Paddock Labs and i ran it 2 times a week at 1 ml each so i was taking in 500mg of testosterone and 400 mg of Equipoise weekly. At first i didnt notice anything other than i friggin hate needles! 3 weeks in i noticed my balls were a little bit smaller and my strength was up and i had put on 2 pounds in that 3 week span and i felt like a bad ass haha. Well i ran 2 vials at the same dosages for 2 months and i had put on 12 pounds! HELL YEA i felt like the man. I called him back and bought 3 more vials of each so i could do it longer. My gear arrived and the Sustanon was 300mg this time (sweet!) so i ran another 2 months and put on 15 another pounds, i was up to 29 lbs of muscle and it felt great. He called me after i was 4 months in and said he had an extra bottle of test prop laying around and needed to get rid of it quick before his PO came to check on him so i bought it for cheap and ran it with my setup- 300mg sustanon, Euipoise 250, and Test Propionate 200mg injected at 1ml 2 times a week on monday and thursday. At the end of that month i had put on an additional 10 pounds. my current weight is 210.8
    in those 5 months i put on 39 pounds, i went from 171 to 210, it sounds like i would be a monster at this point. But truthfully now i am just a normal sized man at 25 years old and 6 feet tall.
    Through my cycle i used only 3 supplements- Isopure Protein 8lb bucket 0 carb, Cellucore No2, and BCAA powder by Blox or some gnc shit. i do take 250mg of hcg a week

    My new order of gear just arrived yesterday, I purchased 8 test400's and 4 Equipoise 200's and 100 Anadrol 50's. I will run 800mg of test, 400mg of eq, and 350mh of Anadrol 50 every week. I will discontinue the Adrol at week 6 for 6 weeks and then jump back on it. i expect to gain an addidtional 20-30 lbs in the first 3-4 weeks.
    I will include pictures if they fit of myself, my gear, and my new gear

    Like i said, I am no Monster of muscle, i am now a normal size guy, what is important though, I finally feel good about my body. I know i dont have the best one out there but i went from having medium shirts hang like a flag on me to stretching large size shirts

    My goal is to get my weight up to 235-255 and then cut down

    Yes i am aware that most people on this website do not run long cycles, but i am and will continue to, i know the risk and i know the pct for it, so please skip that topic.

    Are you running an ai atleast? Have you gotten your blood levels checked before you ran the gear? Seems like you might have had some sort of hormone imbalance if you were lifting well and eating enough

    bro your kidding yourself if you think you are going to gain 20-30 lbs on your next cycle...and i know you dont want to hear this but you where no where near ready to cycle cus you went from looking like someone whom never worked out before to someone that just started lifting weights...i dont care what the scale says...did you improve, yes but you could have done that without the gear...im glad your happy with the results...good luck...

    He has done well but that dies look like gyno, not to mention the water retention. Youve Said not to mention pct but I would drop the gear do pct then see how much muscle you keep. Hopefully with an aggressive pct you won't lose much then with enough rest you can start again.
    The thing is with that much of a drastic change addiction can kick in, addiction to the good feeling I'm sure you have. And addiction ain't good.
    Just to end OP you have done well but don't risk your well being and your health for a couple of extra pounds of 'muscle' Peace

    the op mite not want to hear it, but all the posts that may make you mad or upset are very very true. you look like your getting gyno by the way your nipples hang down and point and you dont look like you even work out hard, plus i am sure your diet is shit. sorry bro but truth be told....

    Look...he ran a cycle that he never should have run for way longer than he should have run it...now he is planning another cycle with next to no time off. All this kid did was gain 30lbs of fat and water and 10 lbs of muscle AT BEST! This is not a success story this is an example of what NOT to do. He ran EQ that caused him to eat like a horse and stood around the gym telling everyone hw was juicing. He could of had these gasins and better with diet and proper workout and NO gear.

    Yikes. I'm glad you're pleased with the results, but likewise to what every other user in this thread is saying, you could've easily accomplished this in the same amount of time with proper dieting, training, and rest.

    Should have 90 day off cycle, you have done well, if I was you I would after I'd finished PCT I'd cut for 90 days before starting your next cycle. Your body will probs look even better when your water retention has gone down. But well done on you gain, you went on a bulk and that's what you have done, mission a success. My advice cut for 90 days.then start your next cycle.

    Agree with this.

    I also want to say you really short changed yourself by not learning how to put on mass without steroids, you could have put on the same type of 40 lbs in the same amount of time without the gear.

    Maybe I am being a bit harsh, but it sucks when people jump the gun on things. Since you are already in this I have a few things to say. Remember you can always learn, and always do better, opinions and research about diet and nutrition are always changing, as well as training methods. There is still tons you can learn about gear as well. So just keep learning so you don't hurt yourself, and can make the progress you desire without abusing substances, i think someone can safely and effectively use these compounds at reasonable doses and time periods, I just wish more people would do what they can before getting on the juice.

    LOL yea dude i totally stood there watching people and paying my trainer to talk to me, thats how it works right i watch people work out and i grow right? just making sure because thats so what i do.

    Yeah I really don't see 40 lbs of muscle, 10 yes not 40. I would have expected much more from that long a cycle and that much gear. Diet and workout plan definitely need to be re-evaluated.

    lots of mean comments but it doesnt bother me honestly, i know im not huge and 40 lbs of mass spread 6 feet out wont look like a ton, if anybody has constructive or helpful advice im all ears but you can keep the childish shit to yourself
    no i do not have gyno you can look at the before picture and see the same thing i would even say it is the same amount but now with muscle behind it.

    trust that i have checked the scale the entire way through my cycle its 40 im taller than most of the guys here it would seem

    While we are probably being a little harsh you have to realize that weight gain will never be pure muscle and there will always be some fat. Simply saying that you gained 39 lbs of muscle is crazy.

    List diet, training routine and it will give us better insight and in all honestly the pics look like gyno. Did you run an ai?

    I'd classify that as gynecomastia. I have a smaller case than that and still openly admit I have a small case and a lump behind my nipple.

    Juice work I've looked at your first pic and I agree it does seen you have the same problem there maybe puberty gyno. No offense just an observation. The guys on here are just wanting to help, no doubt you have transformed yourself that is plain to see and even with gear that takes hard work, but before you start another cycle please think about the comments most people are saying because from what I have found on this site the advice is second to none and at the end of the day your priority should be your health, everything and anything else doesn't come close.     List diet, training routine and it will give us better insight and in all honestly the pics look like gyno. Did you run an ai?
    i wont bother listing my routine or diet because no matter what i post it will get nothing but dick head remarks so i see no point in doing that what so ever.
    i understand that i am holding water weight and have some body fat, 12.7%.
    I personally dont feel like i have gyno but i can take 20mg of tamox. for 6 weeks to see if there is any change to it.

    Juice Work I apologized for the way I worded my comments...I am the king of sarcasm and can be a dick for sure! The truth still remains At youre height and weight you are over 12.7%. At the BF% you should see abs and I ain't seeing it. Just cause the scale went up does NOT mean you gained 40 lbs of MUSCLE. Your cycle SUCKED and you could have done better by dieting and doing better in the gym (perhaps more cardio). You feel like a monster cause you gained 40lbs but you could have done it without juice.

    Critisizm is what it is sometimes and sometimes it hurts. You need to learn to take it constructively not destructively.

    I disagree juice if you post your diet and workout you will get tons of advice. Nobody on this site is perfect and know it all but there experience can guide young lads like me and yourself to that 'perfect' physique.
    Please don't be disillusioned by a couple of negative comments stay on this forum and you will reap the rewards

If you and so many others think i have gyno what do you think i should do, i didnt think i had that issue until just now. How would i take care of it just 20mg ed for a while? or some letro? what are your thoughts?

    sorry.. but 40lbs of muscle will look HUGE even on a 6ft tall guy.. think of the guys (not sure if you follow bodybuilding).. but look at the guys competing in the 202... now look at the guys competing in the open... that's the difference.. many of them are the same height give or take a couple inches
