Lol you are simply being rude and when did I ever say it was productive to just rack up posts? I also never said I would go get a mod to remove you, I said many of his posts I've seen have been positive and productive. He's obviously trying to learn now, Judging from this post at least. So why don't you try and help him, instead of tear him down.

hey you did a Test/tren cycle first and now w/ just test yoiu will be let down. Suppose to use Tren last lol

Monday:chest and biceps
4 sets of incline dumbbell press (8-12 reps)
3 sets of incline flys (8-12 reps)
3 sets of decline dumbbell press (8-12 reps)
3 sets of cable chest cross overs (8-12 reps)
3 sets of flat bench (8-12 reps)
4 sets of barbel curls (8-12 reps)
3 sets of cable curls (8-12 reps)
Tuesday:triceps and shoulders
4 sets of Shoulder Press, alternate with Barbell & Dumbell every week 8-10 reps
3 sets of Upright Rows supersetted with Lateral Raises 8-10 reps
3 sets of front raises 8-10 reps
3 sets of Lying Rear Delt Raises 8-10 reps
3 sets of Close-Grip Bench Press 8-10 reps
4 sets of Pulldowns 8-10 reps
3 sets of Skullcrushers 8-10 reps
Wensday:legs
4 sets of Squats 8-10 reps
3 sets of Lunges 8-10 reps
3 sets of Leg Press 8-10 reps
3 sets of Leg Extensions till failure
3 sets of Leg Curls 8-10 reps
Thursday: back
3 sets of Lat Pulldowns 8-10 reps
4 sets of Deadlifts 8-10 reps

IMHO, YES, People will most certainly notice. Assuming that you are eating and training correctly. Shoulders were the dead giveaway for me as well as for two other people i know. About a month to a month and a half in, it seemed like i woke up one morning, looked in the mirror and said to myself "holly shit" My delts and traps had grown considerably (they were huge, at least for me they were) and also well defined at the same time. They had never even came close to looking that developed in all the years i had trained on and off. And then when you go to the gym and get a pump, theres just vains like crazy all over the front delts, another thing that was never there before prior to AAS. Yes, i had people questioning me. I would either laugh like as if i wasnt taking them seriously, or just deny it. But it didnt matter. If someone has at least any kind of knowledge about aas, then they are gonna know whats up. Thats just my .02 as well as my personal experience with my first test cycle
I think you need to post your workout in the relevant section for critique. Particularly if I'm reading it right and you have 16 sets for triceps alone an only 16 sets for quads and hams.
