^^ agreed man, sick avy. Looking great. Wish I had your delts/tie ins. Mine aren't even flat; they're actually concave.

Oh come on now guy! Don't be foolish! They're not concave! Lol but thanks guy. I like bulking so much better, probably because when I was younger I forced myself to force feed because I was so small. Then became habit. I didn't cut for years. Now it's hard to cut because I'm always hungry. Hell I'm hungry on a lean bulk :-/ I need more food!!

Sadly, they actually are. Not flexed, but when relaxed, my tie-ins are actually concave. I have some disgusting genetics.

I don't have a relaxed front shot, but I'll change my avy to a front shot and you should still be able to see how lagging my delts are...

New avy for Mike. As you can see, even flexed they're very small. Lateral delts barely peak past my tri's, anteriors are barely there.

Not whining guys, just trying to be realistic about what I (don't) have.

How do u work them? I'm a beast at overhead presses. I can almost overhead press what I can bench. But that's cause I do the shit out of them. And upright db rows really hits the outer delts. Lift heavy till u can't pick the weight up past ur waist on ur 4th rep. I really beat the shit out of my shoulders cuz it makes u wider

Depends on what type of training I'm doing at any given time... but I've worked em' high rep/low rep, high volume/low volume, HST style, HIT, and so on. They rarely get sore and they never grow. I can bench 315 for reps (very chest dominant) but can only overhead press 175lbs or so (seated, for reps)... push-press 135lbs x 12 just to put it in perspective. I can't even touch 225, let alone what I bench. Put it this way - I have a hard time doing front raises even with 30lbs.

Basic lifts - presses (barbell/dumbbell), laterals (strict form), upright rows (barbell/cable)... sometimes other lifts depending on my routine at the time... dumbbell snatches, hang clean to press, squat press, etc. There's just no strength and even less size.

Gotta force that strength and size out! I was like that with my legs. I e finally started to get them to grow. With extremely high volume moderate weight mixed with high weight low reps

We'll see. Not gonna be able to grow shit right now since I'm cutting... but when the fall rolls around I'm going to completely change my training, both in philosophy and application. However I'm working against several factors... age, metabolic syndrome, poor nutrient partitioning and/or glycogen storage... it goes on and on. Not making excuses... I work my fcking ass off. I just wind up getting about 20% the return that genetically 'average' people do. I just have to be realistic about what I can achieve... I'm destined to stay small and cut, something along the lines of a swimmer's build or at best, a Men's Health fitness model minus the good looks lmao!!

Sucks, but I can't quit. I know where that road leads already.

Sorry gbrice I went away for a while. See what you mean. Tron was telling you about the hard a$$ work on overhead press and for me a steep angle incline tied the front delts into the weaker part of the upper chest. Made the overall front and the lateral come together. (as you know) but the heavy overhead with the steep angle incline. We could talk all day ( sort of ) about the work needed on the shoulders but that's a quick run. Rear is a different run. I have to say that just like any body part, the genetics within one's own body make much difference. Work hard on one body part and not to have to work hard on some other. ...crazy mike

I wish... but I don't think she'd see this rationale... honestly it's no different than running AAS at that point. TRT dosage is what it is, cycle dosage (even moderate) is something else all together... I mean if she were ok with me upping to cycle dosage, I might as well get some tren and call it a day.

No worries Mike. I've only played with (very) steep angle incline presses on the Smith... have also done guillotine presses this way, played with grip, etc. I've thought of doing all chest work on incline for X amount of time. Thing is, even my incline press is ok (for me) at 255lbs for reps... and my inner chest is pretty well developed, it's just those gotdamn outer pecs/tie in's/delts.

Ok, enough crying from me. Nothing I can do but keep on working and hope for the best. Sorry for the MAJOR hijack... back to the legs!!

I'll tell you (remember years ago for me) At one point and for a long time i didn't do any barbell press other than incline. No flat and my upper chest and my shoulders just grew together. I was noticeable all the way. It did wonders for that whole area. BUT, gotta watch the shoulder joints....a lot of stress, so I don't go as low as used to. Foe me when I train someone or for me to grow shoulders and chest, it's just incline incline incline. OK !!! ...crazy mike ..ha

Gotta go catch an AA meeting guys. Thanks for the time...cm

Good to know... I may very well implement this in the near future...8 weeks or so and I'd probably hit em' twice weekly.

Yes... my first, just a simple 500mg/week Test E for 12 weeks. Put on a decent amount of size overall, but shoulders didn't look much better and only got a bit stronger. That was years ago though, I train much better now. In hindsight, it was a bad idea as I was already around 15% bodyfat at the time.

^^ in 2-3 months or so i will be running my first. Very interestd in seeing how i fare. For us TRT guys it seems we would be at an advantage in regards to maintaining gains post cycle. Also i plan to prime before.

Have u considered or are u considering another now that ur on TRT?

This is for sure. No PCT = major advantage as you won't 'skip a beat'.

I'd love to, but my wife isn't cool with it, and until she is (if she ever is, which isn't likely), I'll have to remain natural. No more sneaking around for me. Been there, done that, and got caught - more than once. Made my life hell... totally not worth it. My family comes first.

I thought about it.... But I was like that's boring... And your like 130lbs bigger than me and 8inches taller... I realized I wasn't getting far with my mouth or my fists... So I thought weaponry was appropriate... That doesn't mean I love you any less just means.... Watch out
