I have seen this before and even experienced it myself at 5000iu. The vit D causing these problems. It can last up to 2-3 weeks.. Dont know for sure this is the case, but maybe stay away from the vit D for a while and see if you benefit from it. I also thought it was strange since i took them for a very long time before i had the same problem. Maybe because the weather is improving and u get the vitamins trough the sun etc. u get an "overdose" which may cause the problem. I now take 5000iu once a week and thats fine for me.

No. I'm very deficient. Been on 5k for years. Still low. Interesting points tho.

I cant tell. I havent really eaten anything out of the norm. Really sucks. If I eat anything, no matter the quantity, I'm in the bathroom 5 minutes later. And I don't have diarrhea, that's whats crazy. Extremely gassy too. Ugh.

if you have any codeine-based med at home, like cough syrup or pain tabs, that might give you a temporary relief till you can get to the drugstore.

Ok for about a week now this has been going on. Getting a doc apt on Monday just to make sure. But it feels like muscle spasms but could be something else. My upper/center left pec, continuously "spasms ing" at points feels like my heart beating fast. Haven't had a chance to check BP yet cause of work, and my home one attached to my old phone and doesn't work on my upgrad :/, wasn't a smart buy.

But could this be just upping my intensity in gym? Supplements and vitamins? Just curious, I am going to doc but its two days away.

typically, chest pain originating from the heart is felt vaguely in the center of the chest. it should feel like its coming from deep inside, and not on the surface near the muscle or ribs. typically.

did you change your pec routine recently? is it tender where the rib join the sternum? painful when you inhale or exhale? any palpitation or irregular heart beats?

Change in routine in a way. Teaching my self to go to compete! Failure. So this past Tuesday was a very intense cheat routine. No pain anywhere really. Breathing is fine.

What got me more worried about it was leavening the gym this morning after cardio. The "spasms" kinda went with heart beat. Hard to Explain sorry.

i guess the only way to clear this up is to get an EKG at the doctor's. but from what you described, it seems like the risk of having a heart condition is not very high. so maybe there's no need to worry too much. going to the clinic on monday?

Ok fake doc wAsnt there today so saw my real one .

EKG was exactly the same from last year in June. And BP was 116/72 and heart rate was 70.

So he said it was probably just the change in intensity of my routine.
