Why Clomid and Nolva both for PCT?
Nolva boosts the effects of clomid because it puts clomid into "competition" mode where they both fight for a receptor to bind to. This competitiveness will ONLY happen with the presence of BOTH compounds and will inevitably resolve the issue of excess estrogen in the Hypothalamus, so that GnRH is released properly and the pituitary responds by releasing gonadotropins. This will trigger both LH and FSH to crank UP, as the high estrogen in this cluster is suppressive.
Can you recover with just one, yes. Possible. But chances are much better with both.

Hey I'm new to the site and I'm here doing research because I've been thinking about taking some anabolics to help me lose some weight and get cut and stronger. Yes I read the part about age but I've had x-rays done and my doctors has told me that I'm pretty much down growing. I'm 18 6'3 in February 2013 I tipped the scale at 290lbs and have been dieting and exercising and changing things up every few weeks and now I'm at 250lbs and I can't seem to go any down anymore. I'm currently taking supplements (all natural stuff like coffee bean extract etc.), multivitamins, and hydroxycut extreme. What do you guys suggest I do and do you think it'll be a good choice to start a cycle or should I stick to dieting and exercising. BTW I'm not all fat, besides the man boobs lol, I'm an athletic big guy. I played football in high school and i run 1.5m in 14 mins flat.

Austinite, I tried to estimate the TDEE using your method and the result is different compared with other methods.
My stats:
Height: 5 ft 10 in
Weight: 173 lbs
Age: 31
Body fat: around 10-12%
If I calculate using your formula I get: TDEE = (174 - 174 x 0.12) x 15 = 2297
If I use the Harris Benedict Equation I get:
BMR (Basal metabolic rate) = 1822
TDEE = 1822 x 1.725 (very active) = 3142

It seems that your method does not take into account the activity factor. I think I'm very active, I do weight training 1.5h x 6 days, biking/hiking/running/walking 15-20 hours a week (at least during the summer). How can I include these factors into your method for calculating the TDEE?

Hi Austinite, I am a female and my first use I am considering beginning with clen, I do workout regularly.
my question is does this work for fat loss and building muscle? how much of a dosage should be used for a woman 5'9 185lbs.
I'm not Austinite but I'll throw my 2cents in:
With those stats I would concentrate on diet and training first and foremost. All the clen in the world won't make you lose weight if diet isn't conducive to weight/fat loss. Diet is the single most important factor in cutting fat and using clen at this point won't help you anymore than good macros and eating a hypocaloric intake. Plus, clen will add extra stress to your heart and being overweight already stresses the heart. I suggest making a thread in the diet section with your full stats (age height, weight, TDEE/BMR) and have a sample diet proposal for critique![]()
I want to know if i will do only one then do nothing no cycle or nothing is it ok or not
and what is better first gaining mass or losing body fat. Right now i have 75kg of bodyweight with about 10-12% of body fat what should i do first gaining mass or losing more fat what's better

I´m getting blood work done, i have a couple of cycles under my belt with test E 5-600 mgs with a nova only PCT. Is there any other things you would check besides these?:
1. Testosterone, Total
2. Testosterone, Free
3. Sensitive E2 Assay (Not basic estradiol, that's for women)
4. CBC (Compete blood count)
5. CMP (Comprehensive metabolic panel)
6. Lipid Profile (post cycle is fine)

I just have question, i dont want to bulk, instead I would like to start coming down, is the protocol the same?? This would be my first time on any gear, Im 33yrs old been training for over 12yrs, and competed naturally for 4yrs, just want to go to the next level with my body. With reference to:
- Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
- Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
Both are being injected every 3.5 days, is this on the SAME day or off set on DIFFERENT days?
What do you recommend?

Ok so I wanna do my first ever cycle, but as on right now I don't think I'm quite ready. I am 38 years old 5'11" and 225 lbs. I am about 25% bf so I would need to lose at least 10% before I would consider starting my cycle. My calculations would mean that I'd have to cut down to approx. 200 to be in the 15% range.
My TDEE is about 2500, so on my cycle I'd like to run at about a 300 cal surplus. I have been training since I was about 16 years old, but I haven't been in the gym for about a year. I just got back in about a month ago, and I can feel the muscle memory kicking in. I believe I do have a solid foundation to work on.
My cycle:
I would like to run Test 500mg/week 250mg mon and again on Thursday for 12 weeks
HCG from day 1
Arimidex 0.25mg/day from day 1
Also would run nac for liver protection.
I'm hoping this cycle works well. I do have realistic expectations and I have decent genetics so I could see some decent results.
Please let me know if all is good or are there any changes to
Consider.
Couple of questions
1. My general practitioner is where I'll go for blood work. Known the guy for years. Will he know what's up when I start asking him what to check for on blood work?
2. Can a regular doctor prescribe the test to me?
3. Would he prescribe the test even if my blood work comes back saying I have normal test? FYI he did prescribe Test to another friend of mine and he just went to pharmacy and got it. Took it back to dr and he administered the shot. Every 10 days.
4. Will DR let you do self injections at home? Or are they not willing to do that?

BTW, PCT would be ran 18 days after cycle was over. Because if like to run cypionate.
Pct would consist of the exact protocol you outlined in original post.
I STARTED TESTC 5 MONTHS ago iam at 600mg a week now iam 51 now i have added 200MG OF DANABOL AND 200 TEST PROPINATE 6 WEEKS AGO AND NOW IAM GETTING GOOD GAINS IAM DOING 6 MORE WEEKS TAKE A2MONTH BREAK THEN IAM GOING TO CYCLE TREN DECA TEST CYCLE WITH ANY ADVICE

I plan to run 400 mg per week for 12 wks with 250 U HCG, my big question is this, is there a huge difference in the half dose biweekly vs full dose q 7 days? I prefer to pin once with 400T/500HCG in same syringe.
Other than that, I will do .25mg Arimidex every other day, n-acetyel cysteine qday and clomid/nolvidex for PCT
