Doing well, now lets keep going

I believe we have been doing a good job changing the atmosphere around here. There has been something that really has been bugging me ever since I joined that I would like to bring up.
People need to stop being so condescending and realize this board is for educational purposes. Get off that metaphorical "high horse."
I've been taking DNP, yes I read the article here on the dangers, yes I did research, and I still had question. I've been having to go to OTHER, less knowledgeable boards, to educate myself in order to do so, because I knew those people (here) would just be dicks about me taking DNP, and not answer any questions. I've been PMing members, bothering them, just because I didn't want X replies of people giving me shit for every Y legit response? That's not right. I can take a joke. I can take people giving me shit. But sometimes, I just want an answer to a question that is not convoluted by that stuff.
When a new member posts a questions, they just get a response, "thats foolish, dont do that." Fine, be blunt and call their actions foolish, people need to have thick skin, but at least say WHY it is foolish. Otherwise, why even posting a question?
"Hey guys, second cycle, I would like to do 2 grams tren hex!" Saying thats ridiculous is fine, but at least explain about the sides of tren, with that little experience you will spend most of the cycle trying to figure out how to deal with them, 2 grams is too much, how the long ester you cant bail out, etc. But dont just leave it at just "no, dont do it." If youre not going to add value to the conversation, why even post a response (Unless you are confirming an already explained response)?

Is this pointed to staff, members or both? I feel staff does a good job answering questions. Other members are going to respond how they want. So many different personalities. Some just want to stir things up. Some don’t have knowledge but want to speak.

it's really only one or two people. But it's an HR thing where it's not appropriate to point them out directly, so you have to get everyone involved.
And no, it's not couch or obs. Couch is funny af and Obs is just the man, so he can do what he wants.

If you have an issue with members you can talk to Admin if you are not comfortable talking to staff.

Also assuming another post is condescending isn't fair if you consider this is an international board and not everyone speaks english as their primary language.

Mannerisms vary, so do languages, figure of speech, etc. Some people have also seen the same question asked 1001 times. It becomes second nature to people who have been helping for a long time. Imagine someone asking you to teach them bench press and they've never been in a gym in their life. You know what the proper form is but you are on muscle memory autopilot. How do you teach that to someone new? Not so easy to avoid shortcuts or forgetting something you know as intuitive.

Yes the board has improved in the 5 months you've been a member but there's a lot more history than 5 months.

    Agreed.
My account age aside, I spend a lot of time here, we have great people, and the best source of info, and i legitimatley want it to succeed. I am just trying to help make it even better, not complain about people or go to admins.
    Appreciate it though.

Not me. I'm as laid back as an ironing board.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

It is much less condescending in mannerism.
I have told a couple of people that were new to basically piss off because of posts that were a little past stupid though.

The whole approach has changed as far as openmindedness goes. I see a lot less of the one size fits all approach that simply never fit me in the least. Advocating safe practices to a newbie is one thing but I do agree that if the opinion isn't productive and is condescending it should be left unspoken in most cases.

Gh has helped with this a lot too.
For instance many vets are trying insulin now that would have never consdered it before.

Most guys saying it is too dangerous only say so because thats what someone told them. Not long ago it was barely spoke of. I would say DNP falls into the same category, deadly, so we don't speak of it much.

In all seriousness the lack of subject matter on it is more dangerous than teaching responsible use.

It is always shot down with, "its all ugl so no one knows how its dosed and shouldn't be taken because it is poison".

    Thats cute.
But people take it every day and dont kill themselves, ugl and all. People are going to take it regardless of how dangerous it is but rather than establish the safest protocols it just gets shot down and shit on.

GH can explain the synergistic effects of SLIN AND DNP .... Dear God! A guy takes that and he might as well go into a coma inside a microwave right!?

Actually, GH did do write up on this before he disappeared. Yes, there was a lot of negativity toward it, but he defended his position. Not that he was advocating its use, just providing education on the synergy.

GH did a write up in this? I searched the crap out of this forum (for a good 7 minutes) to find reliable info. Every thing I saw was over a decade old and just speculation. If you come across it, please point me in the right direction.
I'm going to make a thread soon on DNP, hopefully we can get a consolidated, current, thread of good info. I don't want to keep bugging people through PMs.

test base always optional. Since the androgenic/anabolic ratio is 1/5 that of tren, just replace tren with 5 times the amount you would be taking of test, and you'll be good.
Some people will say something about not using tren on your first cycle, people will say you need a test base because it's the only compound close enough to replace your natural production that will shut down. Don't listen to that crap. It's your body, and only you know how it works.
So recap, 2.5 grams tren, DNP, insulin first cycle. You're golden

looking thick . . do you do any exercises specifically for your lower traps ? I been trying to get my lower traps to pop and hit them from various angles. but not having the best of luck. upper traps are ok, but I want them lower traps to come in.

if I purposely flex my traps, they seem to really rise up my neck with a lot of height (I attribute that to years of doing Haney Shrugs). but now I'm in a position where I'm trying to get them to grow down my back rather then 'up' my neck.

think I need to get a hammer strength high to low row in my gym. I'm stuck just doing it with cables and can't really go all that heavy .

Also I do close grip light weight URR to my teeth.
When the bar gets up top I squeeze my shoulders to the rear and it lights them up.
