Not a whole lot; I'm trying to cook a bunch of chicken and rice today to take with me to work this week. I also just ordered a set of posing trunks ("manties" as I like to call them; see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJ9q1czPS5E). I'm trying to fine tune my diet as well.

This new trainer I"m working with says a lot of stuff that I disagree with (he told me to drop dbols immidately; start winny; no creatine; doesn't think my bodyfat is below 4% etc.) so I'm trying to listen to him as much as possible.

I personally think I would be fine running dbols two more weeks; hell I would be stopping them 12 weeks out from the show. I also dont know what his plans are for the winny, but I think its too early to start it. I'm just going to take his advice though, he's an NPC judge so he may know more than me.
