cool, what u intending to do after ur cruise? I got injured near the end of my last cycle, which i always seem to do, so ive been out of the gym pretty much all year, ive just started a rehabilitation program. Im gona start a light var only cycle, just to help strengthen my shoulder up to help with recovery.

I noticed I have to be really careful towards the end of the cycle. Your strength is up and you keep adding weight and its easy to get hurt. I actually had a great cycle then lost most of my upper body strength becasue I slightly tore my right pec. That was a couple years ago but it taught me to be more in tune with my body.

Thanks for the tips Jakked; how does cardio on an empty stomach with DNP/T3/Clen sound? I was thinking, maybe running on a treadmill at a 45 degree incline for about an hour and a half twice a day?

well roid.....funny you should ask this. now we all know i went to canada because of her.....i thought she liked me and was led to believe there was a chance of love. So i go there right....things are great.....but really.....i'm naive and she's a pirahna ass bitch.....or a bloodsucking vampire whatever analogy you like. And i even let her have my virginity, and contrary to popular believe i did actually cherish that and i only let her because i thought it was special that she truely cared for me an such.
