    Not sure what a filter does but pick the bathroom with perfect cold lighting, set the timer, hold finger pressed on upper chest for a couple seconds until it locks focus and lighting on that spot. Have posted vids where I pose with recent pics taken the same way, doesn't add what isn't there. Honestly I'd like it more with videos because then you'd be able to see everything, especially when you move and turn sideways.

    No, its a solid most improved. Whether we post or not has nothing to do with improvement. Yb was sent bunk tren which hurt I am sure but he has held to a strict diet and training. He knows what he is doing and I am betting he will be a sight to see.

    As in all cases improvement is never quite as mind blowing when someone starts with an already advanced physique. My last competition I blew up big time but I started this comp from about the same place so all I could do was lose fat and add shape and definition.

    Rns started from a less advanced point and totally transformed. It has actually aused me to rethink things a little. Cycles give you a little less results every time especially when you run them as close as I have. The further advanced you get the less results you get each time.

    It is a loooong process. I wis I had never stopped at 22.

    In all seriousness I'd never have tried to cut fat but fight so much to keep protein, cals in check along with getting massive amounts of micronutrients etc... Would have just cut a little and saved the rest for another day. But when I know if let some other mofo win like that I kept going lol!! Being Greek I guess my only reaction to a loss now is this...

    Well I did my best. I got some bunk tren that really screwed me so for the first 4 weeks I was only running about your average trt dose of test. Once I gave up on the tren I increased my test. Diet was strict throughout with 1 cheat meal a week. I gave carb cycling a try as well which I liked. Wish I was actually able to run tren and see what it would do for me but maybe next time.

    My hats off to everyone in this competition and everyone that lives this lifestyle... it’s extremely difficult and takes a lot of dedication and discipline. If your heart isn’t truly in this sport you’ll never succeed.

    Even if I don’t win, I’m still proud of what I was able to accomplish. I when from 225 to 220. I went down two notches on my belt and all my clothes are loose around the waist. Strength did suffer but not too terribly. My body is hurting and tired and I think it’s time for a well deserved week off.

    Three of those pics are from long ago. They were the only recent pics of my arms I have that arent mirror shots.

    My arms particularly my left is worse than it has been the entire time. Go off whats here. I couldnt flex my arms right in any of the new photos it hurts too bad.

    Sorry man I never measure that stuff. I don't even weigh myself. I train the lifts to get better at the lifts
