hit my new PR on box squat 2" below parallel 425 for a single. Thats not even close to my normal squat max tho..but I guess that is common for people. Deadlifts gettin a lil better. With my gloves I have now, the weight slips, but if i pull barehanded, theres no slippage. Maybe I should get smaller gloves. Think I should pull without gloves?
