    I was going back over this program and it just hit me that this was the one that I have been looking for soooooo long.

    Ronnie I am serious, This for me is the best workout plan I have seen laid out.

    I had thought about doing things in order like this at one point, Just did not think it would work for me but you made me see that it would work.

    Pro Card...LOL..I've never even competed vince. Professional bodybuilder Tricky Jackson is the guy who got his Pro Card with the help of Slingshot Training.

    Thanks for taking the time to read my article. It has already helped a lot of people who had been struggling.

    I have same problem. I think it is from the squats, but I am not sure. My dad is 6' and I am 5' 10." I have bigger waist than him and he doesn't exercise lol.

    Adam, I think squats are over-rated for causing a thick waist. Arnold squatted himself silly and look how tiny his mid-section was on stage. It has to do with genetics for the most part.

    Ronnie...i just came across that thread you posted with me in it...id like to say a very big thank you to Ronnie for all the time and efforts he put in to get me to where I am. I am sitting at about 210 lbs at 10-12% bf if not less. I will get pics up this weekend for you guys to see...i may have put on a few lbs due to having a gf but i can still see my abs and im vascular too so im happy!

    rockel, sorry for my delay in getting back with you..My computer was down for a while with a virus. You are ready to try the updated Slingshot Training System!!!     I would give anything to try to slingshot method but again way to much reading. I'd rather just pay someone to come to Chicago and train me for a few days.

    I do fly to train people but it's usually groups of people.

    I am almost finished with the Slingshot Training updates. The Slingshot Diet plays a major role as well. I am spoon feeding it in the revised version. I'll let you know when it's finished. You should have no problems following the new updates.

    I read a good amount of the posts on this thread and I must say that I never heard of this method called STS but...

    there is a well-known trainer on these boards that I worked with that has a training method VERY similar to this. All I can tell you is before my life got really busy I was following this method almost to a T and eating very well OFF CYCLE mind you, and I was getting lots of compliments about how I "seemed to be getting bigger every week". All I was using was creatine, whey, NO2 supplement...

    You make a good point about being able to make gains as a natural. I've seen guys who did not respond well to steroids but could make great gains by training smart and eating a well balanced diet. I've also seen people who responded well to "legal" pro-hormones.

    8 weeks out from show

    I'm 8 weeks out from doing my first show. I have helped others get on stage but never had the desire to to it myself until this year. So far the journey has been fun. 8 more weeks til show time. I plan to enter 3 different classes.
