Lookin nasty bro!!! Can't wait to see the new picture album. You're not having ANY night sweats or insomnia? Lucky man. I'm only averaging 5-6 hours a night.
    Keep it up my man.

I have night sweats on the occasion they come and go... pretty weird i guess???

    Insomnia is on the regular...

And I can definitely tell what the tren does to my aggression.....

Last cycle never really noticed it... the intensity in the gym was of course amped but not like this

When people annoy me at work (especially if their slow) I'll feel like I'm about to boil over and I'll begin to sweat a bit.... I have not and will not lose control of course thats not an issue just noticed how much more aggressive and violent my thoughts can be when I get angry

Blood pressure really hasn't been an issue.... its probably raised a bit but nothing to affect me, though instead of taking creatine and all the "performance" enhancing supps I'm mega dosing vitamin c and fish oil (now)... Also taking coq10 and some hawthrone berry I had left over when I bought and SHIT ton on sale from that superdrol cycle... then my basic multi vitamin.... other than that no supps really at all..... just bought me some bcaa's yesterday.....

Ok going to switch up my routine to everything twice a week....

My favorite routine that I have done natural and still make outstanding gains while doing so.....

    Day 1: Chest/Back
    Day 2: Legs
    Day 3: Arms
    Day 4: off
repeat and add an extra day off if need be.....

I have tried the push/pull split with everything twice a week and the push day just doesn't do it for me.... I PERSONALLY can not get or feel the full benefit on that day but this routine has been my bread and butter for a while now......

I am on day 3 today of this routine and will update when finished

I'll be checking this new routine closely as it sounds like something i might try. Chest and back in the same day makes me tired already. But i've never tried it so what the hell. I've got better supps on the way.

Shoulders/arms: pumped day. Still gonna go real controlled, slow, keep pauses in the reps, etc

seated db laterals: 2 warm ups

    70 x4

Seated incline shoulder press: 3 warm ups
    315 x15

Rear delt machine: a warm up
    150 x10
    180 x8

Rope press down: 3 warm ups
    x10

Ez bar curls: 2 warm ups
    135 x9

    Seated dips: 2 warmups
    295 x9

Standing db curl: (doing one arm at a time instead of alternating)
    2 warm ups
    60 x8

Straight bar pressdown: 2 warm ups
whole stack x12 (P.T. in the gym told me not to add plates to the machine.... GRRRR)

    Db shrugs: 2 warm ups
160 x12 8 reps with static hold reps for 3 seconds then "pumping" reps
    160 x10 6 reps w/ " " " " "

Chest/Back: Rest b/w sets went down quite a bit for me today cause I was in a hurry to get it done and EAT!! Instead of 2 minute breaks it was 45 seconds except for bench where it was 20 seconds..... All chest movements are performed with a pause at the bottom to stretch

30 degree Incline Db press: 3 warm ups
    110 x10
    140 x8

    Wide grip pullups: x15
    35lb plate x10
    x15

    BB Bench: 135 x20
    225 x15
    275 x8
not as strong today but every single rep I take the bar down to my chest, pause with it on my chest then push back up... If I do it like I would be in the NFL combine I'm able to do 225 for 30 something reps. Big difference b/w bench pressing for weight and bench pressing for muscle

    BB row: 2 warm ups
    325 x8 down to 225 x8

Incline Hammer press: 2 warm ups
270 x10 +5 2 second pause at the bottom of rep to get a full stretch

    Cable rows: 2 warm ups
    260 x11 +5

    Cable crossovers: 1 warm up
    x10

    Lat pulldown: 2 warm ups
    230 x9 +3

Haha, i lift and feel the same way bro dont trip. We know what were doin in the gym but some reading out logs might not understand. Thats why we gotta justify how were lifting cus were not throwing heavy weights around like they might expect. Its all good. Goin to the gym rite now to hit back and arms, should be fun!

Fvck, I am setting down the DB's and going to work on my oven fan as soon as I am done vacuuming the house! That's insane Reed. With 21 weeks to go you are going to be able to coast in.

Thanks man I really appreciate your feed back... you are much more experienced then me so any suggestions you have is always a plus

I'm hoping to coast and make my first contest prep as easy as possible on myself..... I primed pretty good before the cycle and I am back to eating carbs in everyone one of my 8 meals during the day except with my middle of the night meal without carbs and I still don't think I have put on that much BF.... is gotta be the tren...

and a side note my diet is very very clean except for the (MAYBE) 3-4x a week I'll have a cheat meal of my choosing..... no sweets, mostly burgers, chinese food, etc.....

like yesterday since it was Friday night i elected to have buffalo tenders and fries (Don't tell Nark ) and sit at home and watch Godzilla cause I'm about to go do legs right now then work this afternoon....

will update in a few hours....

Leg day: Freaking loving it!!! I love working and focusing on my weak parts... the struggle is half the fun!!

    Leg extension: 3 warm ups
240 x10 static hold of 6 seconds on last rep

Power squat machine: (have been doing this with my face towards the machine the whole time, now going to do it w/ my back on the padding to take out as much lower back as possible, going DEEEEEEEP w/ a pause at the bottom, really feel this in my quads when i do)
    2 warm ups
    540 x8 down to 360 x8

Hack squat to BB lunge superset: 1 warm up
    270 x15 to 135 x 10 steps per leg

    leg curl: 3 warm ups
    180 x8 down to 125 x8 down to 65 x10
really felt good today, the weight may not increase dramatically but the way I control the weight changes, especially on this one when i was let it out, I could feel my hamstrings working today, almost like they were vibrating or something on the negative part... strange

Seated leg curl: 2 warm ups
    240 x8 +4

    Box SLDL: 135 x15
    225 x13

Well my drol as been on order for a few months and still hasn't come through so I went and got some superdrol which is a extremely strong DHT compound, mild diuretic, anti estrogenic. have ran it before and its much stronger than dbol and winny.... In 2 days I can tell I have dropped some water... Love this shit....

Instead of a bunch of creatine, bcaas and all that junk shit gonna supplement high dose vitamin c, coq10, hawthrone berry, of course my fish oil will help.

Here we go folks wouldn't be suprised if I get 250 with the superdrol!!!!!
    YEA BUDDY!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIGHT WEIGHT!!!!!!

Yep. from the times i have run them I'd go with superdrol over dbol and winny.

routine is my usual. idk why but i grow fast doing this program. Even back when i was natural i was able to put on 10lbs in 2-3 months doing this program. if it ain't broke why fix it???
