Ha ha, here are the simplified rules of cricket for our American friends

    1. There are two teams. One out, one in.

    2. The team that's out try to get the player that's in, out.

    3. When they do get him out, he goes in.

    4. Then the next player goes out. As long as he's out, he's in.

    5. The object is then for the team that's out to get the second player out. When they get him out, he goes in.

    6. This process is repeated for each innings until the team that's out gets the team that's in all out.

    7. When the whole team is out, the team that was in goes out, and the team that was out goes in.

    8. Then they play a second innings until they're all out. Except one player. He remains not out.

    LMAO!!!!

so ur sayin ur out then ur in?? and whenu get them out they come in until theyre no longer in but out. then the other team must get them out and make them come in. but whoever is in has to stay in until the others that are out come in. then whoever is in is out. but not for the entire time. then whoever is out comes in until the other one gets out then they come in and the other one goes out until theyve gotten the in guys out...

I weighed in today 193.75llbs so the weight loss has been arrested and I'm up .75lbs this week. Just gonna keep going with the current plan on all fronts. I'm getting stronger and noticing improvements in most areas.

I only use real sugar now buddy, it's a taste thing. Artificial sweeteners just aren't quite right.

Just need to factor it into my macro's

Trivia is ok if it's in food. I agree though it makes coffee/tea taste horrendous.

I've had to cut down my sugar intake considerably, I get into a loop otherwise eat sugar, crave sugar, repeat! Lets us know how the tea tastes though!

They aren't a cheat really, not in terms of calories and fats. Only sugar if you don't use sweetener. I sub the oats for unflavoured whey now too

In fact, after the 2 bagels that or on my lap, I will be having a cheeky brownie

Been a good few days. Had to train shoulders the day after a brilliant back workout so didn't train rear delts this week. Or traps as they were sore from pausing the squeeze on every rep during my back workout.

Body is getting tired again, only 3 weeks into this HIT cycle and a niggle in my right elbow again. Still, after this week I am having a week off lifting next week as I have a few days away with my other half and all her immediate family. And they love a feast or 2 every day! I may have to do some cardio that week!

Weigh in day 194.25lbs, so the maintenance plan is going well. Chest is looking much improved.

Next week and 2 weeks after that I am away for 3-4 days each week and make no excuses for choosing to not have very much control of my diet in that time, i wont be lifting on any of the days i will be away. first time off since february i think. I suspect I will hit 200lbs by mid August.

Training going good, strength going up, workout volume going down slightly here and there.

Well, I go away for a few days tomorrow. My diet is likely to be poor and I will be having a sherbet or two I suspect I will be over 200lbs by next Saturday.

Training has been continually improving although gains have been slowing this last week. Also have a couple of definite niggles so a full 7 days off training (except a little cardio) should do me good. In fact, I will probably only train 1week out of the next 3, whereafter I can have a new assault with a different lifting program.

Something nice (I think) happened at the gym this week. On chest day I had 2 guys come over and say that if I ever wanted a spot I just had to ask. I'm taking this as a positive and that I am moving weights that most people in my gym don't use alone. Rather than my technique being shit and me looking like I'm struggling

I don't think I need worry about gaining unsavoury weight on this midweek jaunt as I have a rather unpleasant case of the Tom Tits

My other halfs family, on the other hand, appear to be doing their best to double their body weight in 4 days.

Needless to say my exercise output has been minimal.

On the plus side, it would appear that I can eat what the hell I like without fear of any of it even touching the sides.

Definitely not worth it. Wednesday afternoon was horrendous

Somehow I managed to gain 3lbs this week despite the GI issues. Most of that, I suspect, was from some very salty food I had yesterday. I have my mum visiting today for a couple of days too.

Haven't trained in a week, should get in the gym today and then back to normal. Except Friday when I move house. All that packing will, no doubt, burn a few extra calories this week which is good as I have a pair of trousers I need to fit into the following week

It's not often I'm busy doing anything

But I will only get to lift 6 times over these 3 weeks

Moving house Friday and my Mrs is away with work all week so I need to pack the hose up and do the non-nursery childcare so I won't be doing cardio at all this week. The packing of boxes can account for the missed calorie burn.

Quick update, weight is still steady despite the diabolical diet I have been eating I've the last 2 weeks. Another week to go go and then I will be starting a 4-6 week prime before I bulk again.

    One holiday down
    Visit from mum
    House move done
4 days in London this week to go.

I have trained 4 or 5 times only in the last 2 weeks and will train only once this week.

I should have gained weight, I really should. But multiple trips up and down 30 stairs in the new gaff has meant that I haven't. And hopefully done good things for my calves.

Well, looks like I won't be training this week at all. I'm in London for 40th birthday celebrations of my other half. Been here 60 minutes and eaten tapas, drank red wine and found a tattoo artist that will finish my sleeve and more. I love other people's birthdays

Soooooo, the last 4 weeks have been a case of Diet Debauchery and not very much training.

I haven't counted a calorie or a macro in over 4 weeks (up until yesterday) and trained maybe 10 times tops in that time, with zero cardio.

I expected a gain of 5lbs or more in actual weight but more in fat and a loss of LBM. In actual fact my gain, as of yesterday, was only 1lb although I am clearly not quite as lean the damage is less than expected. I suspect that actual small weight gain will be gone by tomorrow after 2 days of hitting macro goals again.

I have been having a few hormonal ups and downs recently, that won't likely be resolved to another 8 weeks so not too sure what gains can be made in that time but I will try.

My temporary plan, for the next 10 -12 days is to drop 100g carbs per day and drop a little of the fat I have gain before I reintroduce at least that amount back in. I kind of need to remain a similar weight now until the end of October, whereafter I can start bulking again.
