diet aint too good at the moment im weighin around 220-225 at 5'11,im gonna start to clean it up as from monday,i will post proper pics in the summer.thats off cycle aswell.

You look very very thick in that pic. I"m 6'0 205 and you look way thicker then me.

yup the taller you are it does seem hard,my trainin partner is 5'4 around 170 and looks awsome!
