I do fly to train people but it's usually groups of people.

I am almost finished with the Slingshot Training updates. The Slingshot Diet plays a major role as well. I am spoon feeding it in the revised version. I'll let you know when it's finished. You should have no problems following the new updates.

Here are my transformation pictures using the Slingshot Training System.

Pic 1) I had not trained in a couple of years due to having surgeries. Picture was taken at age 32. I know it was sad...LOL..

Pic 2) Taken at age 39 for local newpaper. I had just got back into training after having been off for 6 months from a bicep tendon repair surgery. I popped my tendon experimenting with rest-pause training (never again)!!!

Pic 3 ) Taken after my bicep tendon surgery (OUCH)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pic 4) Taken at age 41 during an off-season bulking phase.
    Nice transformation.

I read a good amount of the posts on this thread and I must say that I never heard of this method called STS but...

there is a well-known trainer on these boards that I worked with that has a training method VERY similar to this. All I can tell you is before my life got really busy I was following this method almost to a T and eating very well OFF CYCLE mind you, and I was getting lots of compliments about how I "seemed to be getting bigger every week". All I was using was creatine, whey, NO2 supplement...

You make a good point about being able to make gains as a natural. I've seen guys who did not respond well to steroids but could make great gains by training smart and eating a well balanced diet. I've also seen people who responded well to "legal" pro-hormones.

    8 weeks out from show

I'm 8 weeks out from doing my first show. I have helped others get on stage but never had the desire to to it myself until this year. So far the journey has been fun. 8 more weeks til show time. I plan to enter 3 different classes.

HERES SOME PICS TAKEN AT THE GYM YESTERDAY AFTER TRAINING CHEST/ABS. KEEP IN MIND I AM FLAT FROM BEING IN KETOSIS. I WILL EXPAND DURING THE CARBING UP PHASE.

SIDE CHEST-"TRICEP VEINS" STARTING TO APPEAR IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY

I am weighing around 200 when carb depleted at 5'9 and about 208 after carb loading. I gained 8 pounds in roughly 8 hours last saturday by simplying eating 500 grams of carbs. I over did it and it took half the next day to get back in ketosis-so it seemed.

Will probably hit the stage in the upper 180's to lower 190's area after carb loading. Weight is not my concern so much as getting down to 4% body fat. I've watched guys try and come in too big only to be smoked by a lighter guy who was ripped to shreds.

The day after eating some carbs. I am in ketosis so fats and salt are the only thing giving me some pump on most days.

Starting to show some quad vascularity. My quads use to be a strong point before my lower back injury. Due to nerve damage they will never be the same.
