Not shredded but can still see my top 4 abs just a little more blurred. I will know much better when all the water and shit I have accumulated has gone. That'll be tomorrow I guess but I reckon I have a gain of 3lbs fat and a loss of the same in LBM. Looks alot but that totalled only 17 working sets and was complete in 60 minutes. In my old workout my flat chest wallowed my incline. Splitting it like this meant I lifted almost 20% more weight and for more reps on my flat press.
Bailed out on all cardio this week except heavily cutting back a bay tree in my garden which took almost 2 hours including tidy up so I'm gonna use that and start gym cardio next week. Probably![]()

Had some sweet tea last week, forgot to say. Very sweet lol, definitely an acquired taste, but I reckon I could get used to it easy enough as long it was a hot sunny day. Definitely a different taste to a normal Hot cuppa.

Yeah, I will try less less sugar next time in the Rosie (Lee). I added some lemon too, just small wedges and stirred them about a bit so there was just a hint which was nice. Weekly weigh in after my 9 day calorie deficit. Somehow I GAINED a little!! Back at 193lbs dead.
Same weight now for 2 months, it's time to push on a gain. I am in London all afternoon and evening tomorrow but will take most of my meals and then have a birthday party at a steak and burger restaurant to attend Sauturday. I will have a work on my diet to start Tuesday but it will look something like this
3500cals (approx 300 over maintenance)
260g protein
460g carbs
60-70g fat
Had a good workout this morning but have definitely done something to my left thumb. Even pinching a 5kg plate between thumb and fingers was extremely painful. Still, good practice as its tattoo day tomorrow![]()
