I have visited a few others long enough to see they are pushing products and not really interested in helping people. Some take a stab at it but nothing as good as this site so why bother looking elsewhere; unless you are a know it all and not willing to listen or learn from others.

BB.com would be a great site if it were about helping people get better at fitness, weightlifting and bodybuilding. The forums are really full of clueless noobs and "experts" that are really just product reps that are pimping useless supplements to the noobs (who believe if they just down whatever products the reps push, they'll be the next Phil Heath).

It's actually why I prefer this site over them. This site isn't about pimping products to the members. It's about honest and unbiased information on training, diet and cycling.

Anyway bodybuilding forums have some ok stuff if you filter through the 90% of rubbish. A lot of the great transformations. Not just in the gaining muscle sense but fat to skinny as well.
