Yohimbine dosing looks high at 3x per day. Especially taking late afternoon. You might also want to split caffeine the dose in half 100 before workout and 100 later in day. I awake early so taking 8 hours later is early afternoon for me.

I wanted to do a split dose today and they are capsules so I can't. Bummer!
