Work your chest on more of an incline - I rarely do flat bench anymore due to the stress on the shoulders but DBs are gtg - and do more hammer strength decline it's a great machine you can go heavy on and still stay injury free - really with all the hammer strength equipment imho I love the super incline I'm up to 4 & 1/4 plates on some days I just gotta see what works for me if I can't do HIT all the way and see if 10-12-15 reps works just as well on certain lifts and ex's

Lol He clearly says he's upping his tren dose which started at 400 or 450mgs/wkly on top of deca 400mgs/wk on top of 750mgs test I'm sure of and Cape and I weren't far behind I ran high test and tren ace at a good dose -you can pm me on the doses I ran I won't say it for obvious reasons on the open forum!
And whenever ANYONE has a BP of 200/100+ and a testing HR at 140+ it's definitely not safe regardless of the dose! Come on man you know this(especially being here 8yrs love longer lol - at least know what your talkin' about or have the knowledge to understand what I'm saying and everyone else on here as it's just not a safe thing to do regardless - it's a damn comp on a site no money nothing why risk your life(I'm not saying he would've died but could've surely landed in the hospital) not what we're known for here on this forum at all!

Nach, I agree, blood pressure is definitely not something to mess with. Even though bp is not a issue with me, 400 mg a week seems to be my magic number with tren. I have run more, but the sides are way more manageable if I keep it at 400

It's weird I'm the opposite with ace - at longer durations of course At say 400 I'm worse off with sides than at 5-600 I know but if I do that it's more a SBC. And ends at 6 wks unless still making obvious gains

Just imbalances those measurements imho ha symmetry is everything - you can't deny a pic rnsplg posted with no distortion yet yours is makes you look wider than you are not by much like I said but it is surely noticeable obs - and no one even attacked your ass about it we did it in a very even and quality way telling you it's just off a little it's gotta be the actual mirror that's off imho
