    I got legs tonight. Im down to doing just squats. I broke both of my leg lifts...I called the place and they just say "well you cant put that much weight on them" ugh.

    yup. do a search for the plans on the machine you want built, bring it to a local machine shop and get a quote. I am having all my equipment built after i close on my house.

    just been to the gym and had a hard back n tris workout!had my post workout shake 50g protein 80g carbs,had my shower then came home and fukced everythin up and had an indian!!!was bloody nice though!!!
