GB, ive read here that you weight your chicken raw, i've been doing mine cooked, doesnt the macros change from raw vs cooked?? Which should be taken into consideration?? I mean you eat it once is cooked, so i thought it should be weighted cooked, so ive been doing. Also do you guys have a page or something were you get the food values from?? I have fitday.com, what do you use that might be better? Thanks
