so im at the gym today super busy for some reason and this dude had the 20s and was doing side raises but then when he got to the top he would throw a punch with them I was waiting for him to throw his shoulder out

speaking of gear I did a winny cycle a while back before I join the board and knew anything, but I am going to be running Test E at 500mg for 12 weeks and D-bol 35mg for the first 4 and was wondering about throwing winny during the 2 weeks between test and PCT to keep more gains. Yah nah
