It's defiantly a beautiful part of the world. Very lucky and very different to what im used to.
Looking well MS you been working on your bf or is that your normal mate?

Working on it. Normally I try to stay somewhaT lean, with the knee injury and all the other things. It's been very hard to train consistently to get there. But all is feelijg good and I'm well on my way to reaching my goals. Which now I'm not trying to do the mass monster thing much anymore. I really feel pretty good at about 215 ish and below 12% BF. I may periodically bump up my weight a bit. I start getting up over 230lbs my body doesn't feel as good or have energy.
