Actually gettin off the clen. Im clamping down even hard than I have on diet, leaving absolutely no room for error. I am considering cardio 2 times a day on off days (Wed, Sat, Sun). I might just do it twice a day one of those days, haven't decided yet.
Try it... i've done crazier things to get in shape.

What type of cardio do you usually do Nark? I use to love using the Stairmaster, but it kills my legs now, so i don't use it anymoreI just do fairly quick, inclined walking on a treadmill.
i love elliptical..now i do 20mins of bike followed by 25mins elliptical..sometimes incline treadmil
