As long as your test is at least 150mg over the Deca, you'll be fine.

What type of cardio do you usually do Nark? I use to love using the Stairmaster, but it kills my legs now, so i don't use it anymore I just do fairly quick, inclined walking on a treadmill.

I love the stairmaster.. but i haven't used it in like 2 years
ii go the stationary bike route...mainly cus it's faster.. and less 'work'

A 2 lb jug of what i currently use costs about $23 US dollars.
