    Depends, as of late 2 10lb jugs been lasting me for a few months now.

    I try to have at least 2 a day if I can with 2 scoops. 3 sometimes.

    To burn the equivalent number of kcals on the treadmill you gotta up both the incline and the speed.

    The range of motion involved with the pedalling action on a bike activates more muscle tissue...thus burns more calories.
    So forget the thz, and just burn as many calories as possible?

    This was my reasoning before, but it changed since I was here. At my thz max (134), I will only burn 300 cals in an hour. On the eliptical, I can burn well over 600 cals in an hour, but my hr is like 160....

    You don't think the cardio can become anaerobic?

    yea tuna gets old especially that dry fukin taste. I hate opening it and the smell of it in my sink also.

    When I empty out the juice in tuna, I can never get it to where it's not to dry and not to wet. lol

    I use tobasco sauce with it. It's still pretty hard to get down. I eat it straight out of can. I cringe while eating it.

    It can..if the resistance is high enough to slow the revolutions per minute to a crawl.

    I should note that i've incorporated heavy resistance cardio into my training regime before also. There was a stairmaster at my former gym that adjusted max resistance according to bodyweight...so i'd enter my bodyweight as 300 lbs..and it stiffen. So i'd be pushing on the pedals and it be stiff ..reminiscent of a set of leg-presses...only thing is that this set of leg-presses would last for 2hours

    It brought out a lot of leg-detail...and i burnt a hella lot of calories.

    Shit i've done some crazy stuff to ge tin shape

    Yea..back on point..just burn as many calories as possible.

    boil a kettle of water and wash down the sink afterwards with the boiling water..that'll clean up that smell

    Do you have a strainer?

    Open your can of tuna.. without pouring off the liquid...drop all the shit into a strainer and press the liquid out..Stop when you taken enough out.

    Option two is to press all the liquid out...rinse it under the tap (while still in the strainer), that'll get rid of soem of the chracteristic smell of the tuna..and press again.

    That's what i was saying in my post above... Rinse it (un dah strainer).. that'll reduce the sodium total...but it'll also reduce the b-vitamin content.
