Ithink i finally found an exercise which could add more 3D to my Chest. I have a little flat Chest compared to others at my weigth, specially after my chesttear 4 years ago.
But a pullower done in the flat bench position feels nice. U Just squise the Chest when the arms raises with the dumbell. A much better squize than any press movements.
And i think it shows already. 3 weeks.
It also feels like it hits the inner Chest area!

Actually im stil on 10 mg LGD. And possible ill do 5 mg next week. Then its def over.
But i continue 25 mg MK677 each day for 2 more weeks, then 12.5 mg until next cycle.
I really feel MK677 helps on strength, size and skin. Not hunger, sleep.

Ok guys. Stil climbing natty in my old prime exersice. Easy 250 kg today. What is that... Some 540-550?
And I did squats first. No pain whatsoever.
If i manage 290 kg natty, i migth close up on 350 kg in a mod cycle!!!

I should be 251 lbs in 6-8 weeks, this is my heaviest I've ever been. Will land somewhere around 12-13% bodyfat.

Last sunday I accidentally ate just north of 10,000 calories. Been on MK677 for 2.5ish weeks now.

I also heard 3 days on. 1 off etc.
I know continous use is best. If i cut for a week , i feel real bad from low igf1 levels.
Body needs 2 weeks to recover.
No way i would do 4 weeks cycles.
Must be same as HGH. Never heard of HGH restweeks.
Why?... Must be the idea of not halten the bodies own production... But i dont believe in it.

260 was heavy. To manage 270 kg next week, i think i have to do squats alone wednesday, then do deads with back on friday. And not squats, then deads, as i did today.

Well... I can stil gain serious size and strength with tren without risking my health. Which im going to prove in 2-3 months. But this time without fatal injuries.
Actually i think with last years knowledge and 1 g, i migth look the best ever at week 5. That proves to me im young as a virgins ass. Eh... Not a mint expression i think lol, but i know you guys can read me!

I don't miss squats or deadlifts. Use to be my bread and butter. I realize now the energy you put in you don't get the same return on muscle growth. They are expensive lifts.

I often hear a lot of reputable guys say they, specifically deads, are not good for bodybuilding. The amount of energy and how much it taxes the CNS... The cost to benefit isn't there. You're better off putting that energy into other exercises that hit the same muscle group and getting higher volume.
But ... Who doesn't want a big deadlift? It's the ultimate ego lift
Personally i cant get my thighs up without squats and deads. But those two are the only one i need. But their tax the structure when u reach 45. I think thats why +45 guys thighs melt like butter.
Yeah i said deads. A tremendous thighs volum exersice.
