I know some people drop their PWO and pre workout but always keep the PPWO. Personally I keep PPWO and pre workout and change my PWO to a PRO/FAT meal. I'm more of a ecto-mesomorph so carbs arent going to affect me. I would if your planning on dropping kcals for the day like some do then do it from carbs like your PWO and such or you could just moniter yourself and see how much fat your putting on and then go from there I mean it is bulking. Thats what I do I put on a few pounds of fat but I can lose them easier than gaining muscle if you get my drift. So if you do drop carbs change the PWO and if you want to drop some more than whack the pre as wellOriginally Posted by chest6
