    I know some people drop their PWO and pre workout but always keep the PPWO. Personally I keep PPWO and pre workout and change my PWO to a PRO/FAT meal. I'm more of a ecto-mesomorph so carbs arent going to affect me. I would if your planning on dropping kcals for the day like some do then do it from carbs like your PWO and such or you could just moniter yourself and see how much fat your putting on and then go from there I mean it is bulking. Thats what I do I put on a few pounds of fat but I can lose them easier than gaining muscle if you get my drift. So if you do drop carbs change the PWO and if you want to drop some more than whack the pre as well

    If I am trying to lose weight can I just drink shakes made out of butter and mint ice cream.... I am going to eat 300g of protein a day in bacon alone...

    ur serious? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. You will gain fat eating crap like that. Sugars serve no purpose for bodybuilding besides dextrose for post workout. Check out the diet forum

    Are you saying I can't just stuff myself with any junk food I want and end up looking like a 300lb beast with 7% bodyfat? I was hoping I could switch the oatmeal for lucky charms. I guess that isn't gonna help. Haven't you heard about the lean muscle building properties of pork fat and egg nog.

    actually egg nog has anti catabolic properties...It also thins the blood slightly and causes good pumps during your workout...

    fresh tuna steaks are expensive, when I am bulking can I drink nog instead of water, I usually just drink mountain dew but the price for a case has gone too high for me

    This is totally unrelated to my super diet but I just bought boneless skinless chicken breast for $1.15 a pound, fresh too, don't know if that is cheap elsewhere but that is crazy cheap here.

    my pwo consists of 3 scoops of ice cream now that im bulking. When I was cutting I would only have 2 scoops. Oh..and thats chocolate chip cookie dough..its much more anabolic than plain vanilla.

    the trick is to pour in just enough to get them wet but not leave any nog at the bottom of the bowl, then a few layers of sugar will make them extra crunchy
