Currently I am taking 3 cc's of winnie/week and 1 cc of test. 250/week and i'm lifting on monday, tuesday, thursday, friday, and saturday. i lift twice a day on the same muscles monday-friday and only once on saturday. on monday's and thursday's i lift legs, back, and biceps and on tuesday's and friday's i lift chest, shoulders, and triceps. i have to do this workout due to the sport that i'm in. on saturday, i just lift a few shoulders, triceps, and biceps just to get a good pump in. i was just wondering what you guys thought about this. also, i was wondering if anyone out there knew any good things to do to help me tone my abs. i do thousands of abs/week and i still can't get any definition.
