in the PAST 2 months ive lost aprx. 80lbs on a low carb diet and doin some major cardio . i went from 255lbs down to 180 , i kept nearlly all my strength as far as bench and squat maxes but it has left me with loose skin on my arms,chest, and stomach area . ive been eating low fat , doing cardio, and increasing my rep when i work out . i just cant get the ripped effect i want with all the flab . would steroid be an answer if so which ones and how much? thaks for any imfo!!!
