    I actually like it without them. Some people (sort of including myself) were taking their signatures to the extreme. Some were half a page long!

    wtf, I didnt even notice that till now. I personally thought it was a good idea for the most part. I guess this priviledge was abused

    I miss them them but I agree some were out of control. Plus doesnt it take up more server space with all the extra pics and so forth.

    I would like to to see them come back with restrictions

    i just don't understand what the reason for removing sigs is?!?

    Is there an official announcement with an explanation or something?

    I don't understand why they allow all these ass avatars and take away sigs.

    read the post that was offered to you above by MBH if you dont understand. Avatars and sigs are different in many ways, cant have a half a page avatar
