coldstone i have read and heard of localized growth from winni for lagging bodyparts i have never tried it but i usually search keyword steroids or winstrol or stanzanol and you will come up with the websites you need sorry i could not help much
i also know that synthol helps with localized growth good luck

Minimal as it may be. I believe there has to be some localized growth.

Even with short esterified gear. After all we know that it takes the blood to cleave off the ester in order to the parent steroid to work.. right? Ok then.. What causes the pumped sensation in your muscles??? Blood again. So if you shoot the gear in your muscles and the oil doesn't dissipate rapidly.. then when you work out, your filling the muscle tissue with blood and hence mixing the blood with the gear ...

but with water based winny the water disapates so quickly i dont know if this would even be a factor???
